Do you offer complimentary design consultations?

3

Yes. We offer an initial complimentary consultation to learn about your project, style, priorities, budget, and timeline before moving into the design process. Once we develop a plan and budget we typically ask for a small deposit towards your project to release plans and continue the design process.

What cabinet styles and finishes do you offer?

6

We offer a wide range of cabinetry, from transitional and traditional inset designs to clean, modern frameless cabinetry, with extensive choices in wood species, painted finishes, stains, textures, and door styles. If we don’t offer something you have seen, we can typically source it for you.

How much does a new kitchen typically cost?

7

Every project is different. Cabinetry pricing depends on the size of the space, cabinet construction, finish, door style, accessories, and level of customization. During the design process, we can quickly help establish realistic options based on your goals and budget. We carry a wide range of cabinet pricing to fit any budget.

How long does the cabinetry process take?

8

The design process can vary widely depending on how complicated the project is and how detailed you want to be. Order lead times vary by manufacturer and project complexity, but from order date commonly take about 2-4 weeks for “stock” cabinetry, 4-6 weeks for “semi custom” cabinetry, and 6-8 weeks for “full custom” cabinets. We review the latest expected lead times with you before your order is placed.

Can you help with countertops, hardware, and other selections?

9

Yes. We can help coordinate appliances, countertops, hardware, cabinetry accessories, and other design selections so the finished space feels cohesive rather than pieced together. Our team has a diverse background in construction and interior design, and we can help make sure everything is coordinated for a successful project.

Do you provide installation?

10

Yes. Installation can be coordinated as part of your cabinetry project. For larger renovations, we can also work directly with your contractor or construction team.

What is the difference between custom and semi-custom cabinetry?

11

Semi-custom cabinetry offers a wide range of door styles, finishes, sizes, and modifications while using a more standardized manufacturing system. Custom cabinetry allows for greater flexibility in dimensions, construction, finishes, and architectural detailing. We offer multiple cabinetry options so we can recommend the right level of customization for each project.

Do you offer frameless, inset, and traditional cabinetry?

12

Yes. We offer a variety of cabinet construction styles, including frameless European-style cabinetry, traditional framed cabinetry, and inset cabinetry. Each offers a different look and level of customization. We help clients compare the options based on their design style, budget, storage needs, and architectural goals.

What type of cabinetry is best for Florida homes?

13

The best cabinetry depends on the home's style, budget, and how the space will be used. Quality construction, durable finishes, and properly selected materials are especially important in South Florida's climate. We highly recommend plywood box construction, paired with all wood or metal drawer boxes. We typically recommend Florida homeowners stay away from Thermofoil due to the intense humidity. We also recommend using materials that are treated to defend against termites and other wood eating organisms. All of our cabinetry boxes are low in formaldehyde and either termite proof, or termite resistant.

Do you provide 3D kitchen renderings before cabinetry is ordered?

14

Yes. Our design process includes detailed 3D renderings and elevations that help you visualize the layout, cabinetry, finishes, and overall look of the space before moving forward. This allows us to refine proportions, storage solutions, and design details early in the process and helps ensure the finished project reflects the intended design.
